Terms of Use & Open-Source Distribution

Last Updated: May 26, 2026

Welcome to One Developer Tools Hub. By accessing or utilizing any generators, configuration writers, formatting utilities, design builders, or documentation libraries housed under our digital properties (collectively referred to as "the Software"), you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and constraints stated within this Terms of Use document. If you do not accept these conditions, you are prohibited from utilizing our tools.

1. Permissive Licensing Paradigm (MIT License)

The underlying scripts, configurations compilers, static stylesheets, and visual layouts driving One Developer Tools are modeled as open-source assets and distributed globally under the highly permissive and standard **MIT License**.

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files, to deal in the Software without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, and to permit persons to whom the Software is furnished to do so, subject to the following condition:

"The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software."

2. Absolute Warranty Disclaimer

The configurations generated by our utility modules (specifically including but not limited to NGINX server blocks, Docker Yaml properties, Apache .htaccess rewrites, and XML robot specifications) are supplied purely for educational and development purposes. Building stable software setups remains your core responsibility.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

We do not represent or guarantee that generated configurations will function seamlessly under your specific operating system parameters, active cloud servers, or customized network frameworks. You hold full responsibility for reviewing, testing, and confirming the safety of compiled configurations in isolated staging contexts before copying them to live servers.

3. Terms of Permitted User Behavior

By interacting with our platform, you agree to refrain from:

4. Local Offline Execution Rules

Our tools operate strictly as client-side utilities. Because of this, we do not require user accounts, secure profiles, or registration forms. This design guarantees privacy, making security breaches or user data leakage fundamentally impossible.

5. Future Amendments and Modifications

We reserve the absolute right to write changes or supplement these Terms of Use to match changing core browser engines or development frameworks. Continued use of our tools after changes are made constitutes automatic acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Governing Regulations

These terms and conditions are modeled and governed based on standard open-source conventions and local structural codes. Any dispute or legal query arising out of this digital platform will be resolved strictly based on MIT licensing standards and conditions.
